Shipping and Delivery
We will pack your socks within 3 business days and ship from Switzerland by Swiss Post Priority or Economy.
For wholesale shipping prices, please contact us.
1 or 2 pairs: CHF 5.–
3 pairs or more: Priority CHF 5.–, Free Economy shipping
2 or 3 business days
Please note: The shipment fee abroad does NOT include your local VAT or applicable taxes. Please check with your local customs regarding the fees.
1 – 4 pairs: CHF 10.–
5 pairs and more: free
2 to 9 business days + time at customs
USA and Canada
5 to 8 business days + time at customs
At the moment, we do not offer shipping confirmations and shipment tracking. If you have a question about your order, please feel free to contact us.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will not be forwarded to any third parties. Your data will be stored for processing your order and for legal reasons. We might send you an occasional newsletter, but unsubscribing is easy, should you choose to do so.
Prices and Payment
For orders with a shipping address inside of Switzerland no VAT is charged.
For orders with a shipping address outside of Switzerland, local VAT might be added during import. Depending on the country, there might also incur other import taxes. Please check with your local customs regarding the fees.
You can pay your socks with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or PayPal through the PayPal website.
For orders with a billing and shipping address in Switzerland you can also pay per Direct Bank Transfer. You will receive our bank details after you have placed your order. Your order will be processed independently from payment status. The payment deadline is 14 days from date of order.
Return and Refunds
We like our socks a lot and hope you feel the same. However, if you’re not happy with them, whatever the reason, you can send them back within 14 days of placing the order and get a refund of the price of the socks. The socks must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Shipping costs can’t be refunded and the price of sending the socks back to us must be supported by the customer.
We pack all the orders carefully to make sure they’re sent off properly. Should you nevertheless receive damaged goods, please notify us at email@example.com and send a description of the damage. You will receive a new pair of the socks (if still available), another pair of socks of your choice or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
